We value and respect the time of all our patients and recognise that many have busy and demanding schedules. At the same time, we are equally mindful of our providers’ time and the care and resources specifically allocated for each appointment. Maintaining a structured appointment schedule allows us to deliver high-quality care while ensuring fairness and availability for all patients.
For this reason, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to other patients who may be waiting and ensures appropriate scheduling for our clinical team.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, may arise. In these situations, shorter notice is appreciated and will be considered with understanding.
All cancellation or rescheduling notices must be provided in writing via email or by leaving a message on our after-hours voicemail on (08) 9201 9886.
Please note that replying “No” to an SMS appointment reminder does not constitute a valid cancellation notice.
